Algeirah Essence Return, Refund, and Privacy Policy

At Algeirah Essence, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including opened or used beauty and personal care products, custom-made items, gift cards, and digital products once they have been accessed. To begin a return, customers must contact us at algeirahessence@gmail.com with their order number and a description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for completing the return, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. After the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and we will notify you regarding approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution. Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not returned in its original condition. Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged; otherwise, customers may request a return and place a separate order.
